This policy is issued by SWEAT Counseling and Wellness LLC, a solo private practice in Florida owned by Mary Daniels. In this policy, "the practice," "we," and "us" all mean that company.

It applies to this website and to anyone who visits it. It does not apply to any other company's website, and it does not apply to the clinical records of people who become clients.

The only place on this site where you can send us information is the contact form. It asks for your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and a short message about what brings you here.

Please keep that message general. Do not include private medical, clinical, or diagnostic details. The form is not a secure or confidential channel, and we will move to a secure method before discussing anything personal.

If you email or call us directly, we keep what you send in order to reply to you.

Like most websites, this one keeps standard server logs. Those logs can include your IP address, your browser type and version, the pages you viewed, the time of your visit, and the site that referred you.

We use this to keep the site working and secure, not to identify you personally.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry and your contact information at any time. Email info@sweatcounselinganswellness.com with the request and the email address you used, and we will delete what we hold unless we are required to keep it by law.

You can also ask us what we have on file, or ask us to correct it.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, email info@sweatcounselinganswellness.com and we will delete it.

This site links to other websites, including the third-party client portal used for scheduling. Those sites are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices, and this policy does not cover them. Please read their policies before sending them information.

We may update this policy as the website or the practice changes. When we do, we replace the version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
