This website is operated by SWEAT Counseling and Wellness LLC, referred to here as "the practice," "we," or "us." By visiting or using this site, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor, whether or not you ever become a client.

Using this website does not make you a client.

Browsing these pages, reading the blog, emailing us, or submitting the contact form does not create a therapist-client relationship of any kind.

That relationship begins only after intake has been completed, the service agreement and informed consent documents have been signed, and services have formally begun. If none of that has happened, you are a visitor to a website, and nothing here should be treated as care that has been provided to you.

Everything on this site, blog posts included, is general educational information. It is written for a broad audience and it is not tailored to you.

It is not a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Please do not delay seeking care, and do not disregard advice you have received from a licensed professional, because of something you read here.

This website is not for emergencies and is not monitored around the clock.

If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.

Therapy is available to clients physically located in the State of Florida only. This is a licensing requirement, not a preference. Sessions may be held by telehealth or in person.

Life coaching is not a licensed service and is available to clients in all fifty states.

Anyone may read this website from anywhere. If you are located outside Florida and are looking for therapy, we are glad to point you toward resources in your own state.

Consultation and appointment requests are handled through a third-party client portal. That portal is operated by another company under its own terms of use and privacy policy.

When you follow a booking link you leave this website. Requesting a time is a request only; an appointment is confirmed when we confirm it.

All content on this site, including the text, images, blog posts, page design, and the SWEAT logo and butterfly mark, belongs to the practice or is used with permission. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell, or adapt it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• attempt to breach, probe, overload, or disrupt the site or its hosting;
• scrape, harvest, or copy content by automated means;
• access the site with bots, crawlers, or scripts outside normal search indexing;
